RON Work & Fees
Forms of Payment Accepted:
You can pay for your Notary Fees via Cash, Card, or online (if you are doing a RON signing).
The fees listed above are following the Washington State Codes 308-30-020 and are not to be exceeded.
We service the entire Vancouver, WA area and can come to you if needed. Fees for travel must be billed separately from the Notary Fees and paid before the Notarization can begin.
These are the categories of typical notarial acts that can be preformed:
Acknowledgments - An acknowledgment is when you recognize and admit, before a Notary Public, that a signature is your own.
Witnessing or Attesting a Signature - Signed before the Notary Public who will witness or attested to the Notary Public with a second signature.
Oath or Affirmation - Just the oath and affirmation only. No stamping, seal, or certificate.
(Jurat) Verifications Upon Oath or Affirmation - A declaration that a statement in a record before a Notary is true, signature before the Notary Public, certificate, seal or stamp.
Certified Copies - Certification that a photo copy of an original document is both complete and true.
Event or Act Certification - Verification that and act or event took place.
RON (Remote Online Notarization):
RON or Remote Online Notarization is just as it sounds. We can now as of 2011, preform notarizations online. You will have to complete a KBA (Knowledge-based authentication) and present form(s) of Identification that are government issued, valid, not destroyed/tampered with, and that are not expired.
