Q: Do you open the mail and check it for us?
A: We do open the mail on behalf of your company and scan them to you via your portal. You then receive an email, alerting you a file has been uploaded, and the level of urgency per document.
Q: Do you read the mail?
A: Yes, but not beyond looking for words such as, "URGENT", "LEGAL", "NOTICE TO PAY" so that we may alert you of the urgency regarding this correspondence.
Q: What is done with the paper if you scan them to us?
A: These are your documents, we send them in a buddle to you 4 times a year via FedEx, USPS, or hand deliver them if you are local. Only when asked, do we destroy a document but we get confirmation via email and phone before doing so.
Q: Do you date/stamp the envelopes when they arrive?
A: Yes, but only the outside envelope, never the information inside or receipts and only on the back.
Q: Do you handle the annual filing or just assist and how are you assisting?
A: When we are your Registered Agent we can file on behalf of your company but with that we need to confirm information with you either via email, the portal, or phone call.
The fee to file is INCLUDED in your monthly payments so you won't be surprised with a random fee increase you weren't expecting.
